Welcome to Granary Cottage
Granary Cottage is situated in the village of Heacham on the North Norfolk coast.
There are 2 beaches in Heacham, both of which are about a 15 min walk or 5 mins in the car. It is close to the more well-known village of Hunstanton.
Ideally located in the centre of the village it is less than 5 minute walk to Tesco Express, High Street (chippy and Indian), The Fox and Hounds, Social Club and The Bushel and Strike. Within 10 minute walk is Chinese, Pizza and Burgers and the West Norfolk. The larger town of Hunstanton is 5-10 minute drive where you can find numerous shops, pubs and restaurents
Busses are frequent between Heacham and Kings Lynn with the Coast Hopper (from Hunstanton) going to Wells along the coast road, lovely journey (stopping outside a few lovely pubs) The best bus stop is outside the Fox and Hounds

The cottage is semi-detached with its own off-road parking space behind the garage.
Downstairs has a large lounge with bi-fold doors at one end opening onto the garden, a dinning room, kitchen, sun room and shower room.
Upstairs the are 3 double bed rooms and bathroom with shower and bath. The bedrooms can accomidate a total of 7 people, there is also a pull out double bed in the sun room downstairs.
Outside is a walled suntrap of a garden dog friendly and secure. There is also a large paved patio area with sun shade and a hot tub (April to September)
